Sealed tenders are invited for provision of computer software, after improving them, for management of assets in Provincial Ministries, Departments, Pradeshiya Sabhas and other accounting units, up to 10.30 a.m. on 16.11.2009.
02. Only North Central Province Institutions or individuals engaged in computer software development/improvement works are eligible for this procurement and tender documents can be obtained during the period from 22.10.2009 to 2.00 p.m. on 11.11.2009 on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs: 100.00 and a refundable fee of Rs: 5000.00 to the Deputy Chief Secretary (Finance) and producing the receipt to the Assistant Secretary (Finance).
03. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 3.00.p.m.on 11.11.2009 and the bidders who have obtained the documents may participate in it.
04. The bidding documents obtained from this institution can either be sent under registered cover to the address given below or deposited in the tender box placed in the same office on or before 10.30 a.m. on 16.11.2009. In accordance with the instructions stipulated in the instruction sheet issued, the phrase “Quotations for Computer Software” should be written on the top left hand corner of the envelope containing the document.
05. The bids will be closed at 10.30 a.m. on 16.11.2009 and opened immediately thereafter.
